At Zodo Live, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful community for everyone — creators, viewers, and broadcasters. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated on our platform. This policy explains how we define bullying, the preventive measures we take, and what actions we enforce to protect our community.

1. Our Commitment

2. What Counts as Bullying or Harassment

  • Verbal Harassment: Insults, name-calling, or mocking based on appearance, gender, race, religion, or background.
  • Threats & Intimidation: Direct or indirect threats of harm, doxxing, or stalking.
  • Online Harassment: Excessive, unwanted messages or targeting someone in live chats and private messages.
  • Public Humiliation: Sharing someone’s personal information or private content without consent.
  • Discrimination & Hate Speech: Offensive content based on identity, ethnicity, nationality, disability, religion, or orientation.

3. Prevention & Detection

  • AI-Powered Content Scanning: All profile photos, uploads, and chat content are scanned using AWS Rekognition for inappropriate or harmful content.
  • Live Stream Moderation: We leverage Agora’s real-time moderation APIs to identify prohibited behavior instantly during live broadcasts.
  • Human Moderation Team: Our 24/7 safety team reviews reported incidents and takes swift action.

4. Reporting & Blocking Tools

  • Report Content & Users: Tap “Report” on any live stream, chat, or profile to flag inappropriate behavior.
  • Block Users: Block unwanted users to prevent them from contacting or interacting with you.
  • Mute & Kick: Broadcasters can mute or remove disruptive viewers instantly during live streams.

5. Enforcement & Actions

  • Warning: For minor first-time offenses.
  • Temporary Restrictions: Account suspension or streaming restrictions.
  • Permanent Ban: For repeated or severe violations.
  • Escalation to Authorities: In cases involving threats, harassment, or child safety violations, we cooperate with law enforcement.
