At Zodo Live, we respect your decision to manage your account. This page explains how you can delete your Zodo Live account and what to expect during the process.

1. Understanding Account Deletion

Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal information, including your profile, live stream content, and associated data, from our systems. This action is irreversible.

2. How to Delete Your Account

  • Log in to your Zodo Live account.
  • Navigate to the "Account Settings" section in the app or website.
  • Select the "Delete Account" option.
  • Follow the prompts to confirm your identity and request deletion.
  • You will receive a confirmation email to finalize the process.

3. What Happens After Deletion

  • Your personal information, such as name, email, and payment details, will be removed.
  • Any content you shared, including live streams and chat history, will be deleted.
  • You will lose access to your account and any associated services or purchases.
  • Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes, as required by law.

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

5. Things to Consider

  • Ensure you have saved any important data, such as transaction receipts, before requesting deletion.
  • Active subscriptions must be canceled separately before account deletion.
