Zodo Live Community Guidelines

Welcome to Zodo Live! By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines, alongside our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Bullying Policy.

1. Be Respectful and Kind

  • We’re building a community where everyone feels safe and valued.
  • Treat all users with respect and empathy.
  • No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or personal attacks.
  • Do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any personal characteristic.
  • Respect cultural differences and diverse opinions.

2. Prohibited Content

  • Sexually explicit material or adult content, including nudity and pornography.
  • Harmful or violent content, including threats, self-harm, or promoting dangerous activities.
  • Child exploitation or abuse — zero tolerance; violators will be banned and reported to authorities.
  • Illegal activities, including drugs, weapons, and fraudulent financial practices.
  • Copyright infringement — only upload or stream content you own or have permission to use.

3. Safe Live Streaming

  • Zodo Live connects creators and viewers in real time. To keep it safe:
  • Do not broadcast dangerous acts or harmful challenges.
  • No impersonation of other users, celebrities, or brands.
  • Use accurate titles, categories, and descriptions for your streams.
  • Avoid showing private personal data on screen (e.g., addresses, phone numbers).

4. User-Generated Content Moderation

  • We take UGC safety seriously:
  • AI-Powered Moderation: We use AWS Rekognition to scan all user-uploaded content for inappropriate images and videos.
  • Real-Time Live Moderation: We use Agora’s built-in moderation tools to detect and block prohibited content instantly.
  • Human Review: Our dedicated 24/7 moderation team reviews flagged content and acts quickly on reports.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Safety Tools

  • Zodo Live empowers users to control their experience:
  • Use the Report button in profiles, live rooms, and chats to flag inappropriate content or behavior.
  • Use the Block feature to stop unwanted users from interacting with you.
  • Hosts can kick or mute viewers who misbehave in their live streams.
  • Our team reviews all reports and takes swift action where needed.

6. Protect Your Privacy

  • Never share private information like your phone number, home address, financial details, or login credentials during live streams or chats.
  • Avoid clicking on suspicious links sent by other users.
  • Zodo Live never asks for your password or financial details via chat or email.

7. Monetization & Virtual Gifts

  • Zodo Live lets creators earn money through virtual gifts and beans:
  • Virtual gifts purchased by viewers via in-app purchases can be converted into beans.
  • Beans can be withdrawn in compliance with our Payment Policy and local laws.
  • Fraudulent transactions, gift manipulation, or fake engagement will result in bans and loss of earnings.

8. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

  • Zodo Live has zero tolerance for:
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
  • Hate speech, racism, or organized harassment campaigns.
  • Fraud, scams, or impersonation attempts.
  • Violations may lead to content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans. In severe cases, we cooperate with law enforcement.

9. Keeping Zodo Live Safe

  • We’re committed to safety, but we need your help:
  • Be a responsible creator and viewer.
  • Report abusive content or harmful behavior.
  • Follow your local laws and Zodo Live policies when broadcasting.

10. Updates to These Guidelines

  • We may update these Guidelines to improve safety and user experience. Any changes will be communicated in-app and on our website.
  • By continuing to use Zodo Live, you agree to the updated guidelines.
